-Do I have to order wholesale?
-We are a wholesale only business, and all online orders must meet the $100 minimum requirement. All residents of the state of Texas must have a sales permit. We currently are not taking any international orders.
-What are your shipping rates?
-Flat rate fees apply to all US continental states. The shipping amount is calculated based on purchase totals. To make things easy, we have divided up our purchase totals into levels. Purchase totals ranging from $100 - $199, will have a shipping fee of about $15. Totals from $200 - $299 will have a shipping fee of about $23. Totals from $300 - $399, will have a shipping fee of about $31, and so on. For each purchase level after the first, $8 will be added onto the shipping fee for the previous purchase level.
-What is the delivery time?
-We usually process and ship your order within 1 - 2 business days. We use either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail to ship your order. Usually your order will be delivered in 2 - 5 business days, depending on how far you are from Dallas, TX. Unless you request in advance, we will not require a delivery signature service.
-Can I make a return? What if something in my order is defective?
-If you receive your order, and find that an item in your order is defective, please contact us within seven days of delivery. Otherwise, all sales are final and there will be no returns or replacements.
-What payment methods can I use?
-You can pay via credit card and PayPal. To pay via credit card, click "Proceed to Checkout", fill in your shipping information, and complete the shipping fees page, then select "PayPal Direct Payment Payflow Edition". If you want to pay via your PayPal account, you can simply click "PayPal Checkout" button. You may also call during business hours to pay with a credit card over the phone. We do not do CODs.

-What if my IP is blocked? What if I can’t log in?
